Health Care Litigation Associate Attorney (Denver)

Our client, a leading Am Law 200 firm, is seeking a highly qualified Civil Litigation Associate to join its health care litigation team in the Denver office. This role provides the opportunity to work on a broad range of sophisticated matters, including healthcare-related disputes, class actions, commercial litigation, and arbitration proceedings.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant litigation experience
  • Experience with written discovery, legal research, and motion practice
  • Prior exposure to healthcare-related matters is preferred, but not required
  • Strong academic credentials and excellent writing and analytical skills
  • Active bar membership in Colorado, or eligibility for admission by waiver

Our client offers a highly competitive compensation structure, with a salary range of $280,000 to $360,000, plus the opportunity for a discretionary bonus.
